We’ve blended our sifted wheat and corn flours to make a hearty pancake mix that is closer to a hoe cake/journey cake, that we feel more satiated for a full farm day’s work. Slightly sweet, cooks quickly. We noticed the corn flour already adds a nice sweetness so we cut back the amount of organic sugar from our original blend.
